Assignment: Organizational Development, Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations Unit (ODRTERU), Human Resource Management Section (HRMS), Administration and Finance Division (AFD)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Arts in Business or Social Sciences (Business Management or Administration major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related courses)
Preferably:
- With good scholastic records
- At least two (2) years of experience in human resources or a related field is a strong advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other computer-related tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative, innovation, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Passionate about a career in Human Resources, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of professionalism and work ethic
Summary of duties to be performed:
The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the daily operations of the Human Resource Management Section. This includes diverse clerical, secretarial, and coordination tasks, along with other responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor. The primary focus is on supporting the Organizational Development, Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations Unit, while also assisting the Compensation and Benefits Unit as needed.
