Young learners visit AQD

By Development Communication Section

Even the rainy weather did not dampen the excitement of the 150 high school students from seven schools in Iloilo as they trooped to AQD during its open house, on July 8-9.

The students were able to visit AQD’s hatchery facilities, biotechnology laboratory, library and AQD’s museum FishWorld. This activity is part of AQD’s 41st anniversary celebration that aims to boost the interest of the students in the field of aquaculture research.
