Vacancy: Genset Operator
Assignment: Binangonan Freshwater Station, Research Division in Binangonan, Rizal
Qualifications:ย High School graduate with a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) training certificate or related vocational course, or a College graduate with relevant experience.
Preferably:
- With 2-3 years of experience in generator operation, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works;
- Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance-related duties; and
- Trustworthy, honest, reliable, dependable, and with good work ethics.
Summary of duties to be performed:
Operate and maintain the power generator; inspect water pumps and storage tanks during the tour of duty; assist in the repair and maintenance of diesel and gasoline engines; assist in the loading and unloading of supplies and materials; perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as required; prepare weekly and monthly reports on generator operations and fuel usage; maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the powerhouse; and perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
