Preferably:
- With a Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) certificate in Housekeeping or related field;
- Relevant experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or maintenance services is an advantage but not required;
- Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and maintenance-related duties; and
- Trustworthy, honest, reliable, dependable, and with good work ethics.
Summary of duties to be performed:
Ensure and maintain cleanliness within and throughout the BFS premises by sweeping and mopping floor areas in laboratories, offices, and other station facilities; cleaning and sanitizing comfort rooms; dusting and cleaning furniture, lighting fixtures, equipment, glass windows, and ceilings; disposing of trash and maintaining waste receptacles; maintaining the general cleanliness of the station surroundings; watering plants and removing weeds in landscaped areas; performing routine cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of the BFS dormitory and staff housing facilities; and carrying out other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
