SEAFDEC/AQD’s Manila Office and Binangonan Freshwater Station have new 8-digit telephone numbers.
This is in accordance with the National Telecommunications Commission’s directive, that all telephone numbers with area code (02) will migrate from a 7-digit to an 8-digit number.
