"A Forum on Marine Science
in the Philippine " was organized by University of the
Philippines Marine Science Institute (UP MSI) with
support of the Pew Institute of Marine Conservation and
Technology Application and Promotion Institute of the
Department of Science and Technology. It was held at
the Audio Visual Room, UP Marine Science Institute, Diliman, Quezon City on January 26, 2009. This was
participated by the country's top marine scientists
and by other UP constituent universities: UP
Visayas (Miag-ao and Cebu Campuses) and UP Mindanao.
