Primavera. Following this initiative was the Mangrove Rehabilitation and Management Program of fisherfolk groups from different coastal villages of Roxas City, also sponsored by the Office of the Mayor of Roxas City last 15-16 June 2006, The program aims to rehabilitate mangrove areas in designated protected areas.
